The City of Hattiesburg Ordinance states that no person running or operating or causing to be run or operated any motor vehicle, shall pass a public school in school days when school is held during the hours posted in school zones, at a greater rate of speed than fifteen (15) miles per hour. (Ord. 2721, sec. 3, 5-2-00, Ord. 1058, sec. 3,12-12-46)
